Was born in Switzerland in 1987 as third generation emigrant. After finishing primary, secondary education and high school in Switzerland, she started with the book-keeping in the travel agency of her family. At the same time she was studying psychology at the University of Zurich. After recognizing that the chosen subject was not fitting her, she gave up her studies and decided to study photography in Istanbul, the city where she always wanted to live.

In 2012 she started studying photography at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and finished her studies in June 2016.
